Chrysanthemum tea

I bought myself a canister of dried chrysanthemum bud to make tea. Master's choice 100g. Imported from China, cost RM21 to me.
I expect to drink about 4 cups per day. In the office, I used to drink 1 cup of milo O and about 2Litres of water. Now, I'll try to make it a point to add in tea too.
The advantages of green tea is well documented. So, lets drink up guys.
